Student KYC & Academic Documents:
- Passport, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card
- 10th, 12th, and Degree Transcripts
- Admission Offer Letter & Fee Breakup
- GRE / GMAT / IELTS / TOEFL Scorecards

Co-Applicant Financial Proofs:
- Last 3 Years Income Tax Returns (ITR) with Computation of Income
- Last 6 Months Salary Slips & Form 16 (for salaried co-applicants)
- Last 6 Months Bank Statement (Savings/Current account)
- Business Registration Proof (for self-employed co-applicants)

Collateral Papers (If Applicable):
- Registered Sale Deed / Property Title Deed
- Encumbrance Certificate (EC) for 13 years
- Approved Building Plan & Valuation Report
