This is the band competitive programmes typically look for — not a cut-off, and not a guarantee of admission. Individual departments publish their own requirements, and those are the only figures that bind. Always check the programme page before setting a target.
Who accepts the CUET?
Central universities including Delhi University, JNU, BHU, Jamia Millia Islamia and Allahabad, plus a growing list of state and private universities.
Worth knowing before you book
Since 2022, Delhi University admits undergraduates on CUET rather than Class 12 board marks, so subject choice on the form directly limits which courses you can apply to later.
