Who is eligible?
Indian citizens holding a four-year bachelor's degree, or a three-year bachelor's plus a master's or a post-graduate diploma. At least three years of full-time professional experience relevant to the proposed field. Applicants already holding a degree from a US institution, or currently enrolled in one, are not eligible.
